Little Oak Tree Paediatric Physiotherapy is a warm, child centred clinic where therapy feels like play and every session is designed to nurture growth, confidence, and skills. Our approach is rooted in play-based exercises, transforming essential paediatric physiotherapy into fun, engaging activities that children look forward to; parents are welcomed and encouraged as active partners in this journey, helping to reinforce progress beyond the clinic walls.
With our older dance physiotherapy clients, our clinic strives to build exercise programs that support current dance skills and fill the gaps in areas where students may be weaker; to ensure a well rounded dancer is nurtured. We aim to support dancers who are taking that exciting next step of going on pointe; and choosing the right time to do so by offering comprehensive pre-pointe assessments. We suggest clients come in 6-12 months prior to the time that they foresee they would like to start pointe for an assessment.
At our clinic, we foster compassion, friendship, and trust with every child, ensuring they feel safe, understood, and empowered on their journey.

My name is Tash. I am a mum of 2 young kids and have worked as a physiotherapist for 8 years in various settings of private and community. Treating and working with kids has emerged to be my passion in the past few years as I became a mum and experienced the journey of parenting and the ever changing needs of our children.

Treating and working with kids has emerged to be my passion in the past few years as I became a mum and experienced the journey of parenting and the ever changing needs of our children.
Prior to completing my physio degree I trained as a ballet dancer to RAD Advanced Foundation level and now have the joy to bring my work into my passion for dance.
I love supporting young dancers reach their goals from going on pointe to managing injuries and performing at their best; with so much more evidence now pointing to the positive effect physio can have for dancers.
